Shiddat Movie Review: It smells fresh and Unique!!

Shiddat Movie Review: It’s not usual to see any fresh movies in Bollywood, and we neither expect that from Bollywood. Shiddat movie is an exception; it’s new and unique in terms of story and acting. Shiddat is not a typical love story with a predictable ending.

Actors of Shiddat Movie have done well, and writers have done great. Two different love stories came together and became one in itself.

For the last few years, Bollywood has tortured us with various flop love stories (you name those movies), but we have something new on our screen thanks to Kunal Deshmukh, director of Shiddat Movie.

Screenplay written by Shridhar Raghavan and Dheeraj Rattan makes Shiddat one of the best love stories on the screen. Did you enjoy Emran Hashmi and Sonal Chauhan in Jannat? If you did, you’d enjoy Sunny Kaushal, Radhika Madan, Mohit Raina, and Diana Penty as well.

Shiddat Movie review: What worked well?

The story begins at a sports competition where the lead casts met accidentally. Radhika was attractive enough for our male lead cast to have love at first sight. Slightly it became so passionate that nothing else matters but love.

Gradually it turns into something like there is nothing beyond their love for each other. But there is a similar passionate love story in the movie that goes parallel and gets connected at the movie’s end. I have revealed enough now.

Any movie is enjoyable if characters are enjoying it themselves. If Actors are not real and not feeling the way they should, even a great story can’t save that movie. But in Shiddat, characters think the moments in real, and they live the character on screen.

From the story to the acting and direction, all went well except a few scenes where you might want to fast forward to the next stage or maybe at the movie’s end.

These actors are kind of under-rated, and they are very talented in their job. All actors need to make their audience feel as deep as if they are at the place of character themself and Shiddat Casts has done it well.

What would I have done without music? But here I’m talking about the music from Shiddat. Especially the Title track, which has much more passion than the whole movie itself. It feels so passionate to hear and feel. Lyrics are written with love, but the music was created with a passion for love.

Not lying, but when I heard the songs of Shiddat, I repeated each of them at least 7-8 times in a row. I’m serious. I loved the music more than the movie. The real passion lies in the songs themselves.

Shiddat Movie review: What didn’t worked?

As I have mentioned above, the movie feels slow sometimes. So quiet that you may feel like fast-forwarding a few minutes or maybe till the end. Shiddat is dead and has no sense of that because it is noticeably bland (that few minutes), but it might be a good watch overall.
